Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping times are determined by the option you choose.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to follow its progress.

If your location is not listed at checkout, unfortunately we do not offer shipping to that area at this time.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for any products lost or stolen during shipping. If your package was marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us at shopsweetfanc@gmail.com within 3 business days of receipt with photos of the damage and your order number.
